HERSHEY'S
HEATH BAR - XL SIZE
$3.99
Heath bars are made of toffee, almonds, and milk chocolate and the Hershey Company has made Heath bars since 1996, when it acquired the Heath brand from Leaf International North America. The Heath brothers, Bayard and Everett, invented the Heath bar in 1928 in Robinson, Illinois, and originally sold them in their candy shop without chocolate. The brothers began selling the bars with milk delivery, marketing them as a health food. In 1942, the US Army ordered a large quantity of Heath bars for soldiers during World War II because they were shelf-stable.
